No Corners Cut. Ever.

In the fall of 1977 my father walked into the Glenbrook Deli at 3-5 Park Plaza in Old Brookville looking for a job with a dream of one day owning a business. The then owner asked if he had a white button down shirt (he didnt’t) and told my dad to come back at 8pm to start. He hurried to the local department store and bought two white shirts, and returned to the store that night.

In April of 1984 he purchased the company and changed the name to Brookville Deli, and the journey that involved metric tons of elbow [bacon] grease began.

40 years in business - a success that brings us an immense gratitude for our customers who have become friends and family over the years.

This is a tradition we hope to continue. stop by, grab a bite and say hello. We have some special plans in the works. stay tuned.

See you soon
